Shipping Rate:

  1. For order below HK$600 / on sale
    Shipping to all the areas of Hong Kong: $60

  2. For order over HKD600 / In-store Collection, we offer FREE shipping to all the areas of Hong Kong.
     

*Additional Charges $20 for Remote Area, Outer Island District, Tung Chung, Discovery Bay and Ma Wan.

**Deliver to designated road side only. Driver will Charge $35 for each storeys of staircase if not elevator is provided. May have additional service charges for specific delivery addresses, such as parking fee.

***Each order will call/text before delivery. Reschedule within 2 working Days is free of charges. Otherwise, handling fee of $60 will be charge. (Please leave a message within 24 hours if have special request for delivery)

 

 

Delivery Method:

  1. We provide Door-to-Door delivery for both residential and business addresses.

But do NOT include hotels or PO Box addresses.

We will send SMS to your mobile phone when your shipment is ready. If you have any question about the shipment, please contact Customer Service Hotline, or use the link in the SMS. And provide your mobile phone number for the shipment reference.

2.In-store Collection:

Customer can collect your order in G.U.M. Bike Studio.

We will inform you by Phone/SMS when your order are arrived to G.U.M. Bike Studio. The goods needed to be collect in 7 days (for online payment), otherwise the order will be cancelled.


Customer is requested to examine the goods immediately upon delivery for any discrepancies, quantities, and/or physical damage. Please refer to Exchange and Return if you find any discrepancies, quantities, and/or physical damage. If customer has signed after receiving the goods, G.U.M. reserves the right to refuse your claim.

*禁區,離島,東涌,愉景灣及馬灣 需額外收取$20。

**如派送地址為唐樓或升降機未能直達有關地址,將安排地下交收;如客戶要求上門派送,司機將即場向客戶收取$35/層之樓梯費用。派送貨品時如有額外費用,例如收派地方未能停泊車輛而需入停車場,費用實報實銷。

***派送前會致電/SMS通知,如因客戶關係未能於兩天內完成派送,之後需收取$60的處理費用。(如有送貨安排上的特別要求,請於24小時內通知我們)

網上訂單送至G.U.M. Bike Studio後,會致電/SMS通知,客戶可於7天內自取,否則可能會被取消。

 

如客人在收到貨物需要簽收送貨單,在簽收貨品前,請檢查貨物狀態及數量,如需要進行退換/更換,必須在退換/更換時出示原有包裝和標籤。G.U.M.將對相關產品的退換/更換條件進行評估,並保留獨有及絕對酌情權決定是否接受退換/更換的請求。

 

 

TERM & Condition:

 

1 Customer are responsible for checking the goods prior payment to ensure all accessories and parts are present. Green Urban Mobility Ltd. will not handle any disputes afterwards.
2 All goods sold are non-refundable & On Sale Items are non - exchange.
3 Warranty service is only provided when the original sales invoice is presented. (E-receipt are acceptable)
4 Warranty period is calculated from the date shown on the invoice and is determined by the product's supplier.
5 Warranty service is provided by the supplier and its official website shall be referred for further details. The supplier reserves the right of final decision.
6 The customer is responsible for returning the defective goods at its own expense (ex. Shipping cost).
7 Warranty is not transferable and only valid with the original owner. It is specifically limited to repair or replacement for defect caused by manufacturing quality issue.
8 Warranty does not cover any defect caused by any mistreatment, repair / modification by unauthorized personnel, accident and natural disasters or other events beyond the company's control.
9 Green Urban Mobility Ltd. reserves the right to final decision in case of any dispute.

 

 

條款及細則:

 

1 付款前請當面驗查貨品,確保貨品完好無缺,以及所有配件/零件齊全。貨物出門後,如有任何問題將不獲受理。
2 所有出售貨品恕不退款,減價貨品不設退換。
3 必須憑正式收據才可享有維修服務(接受電子收據)。
4 保養期由發票日期起計算,貨品之保養期限由供應商決定。
5 維修保養服務由供應商提供。服務詳情請參閱其官方網站。供應商保留此服務之最終決定權。
6 顧客需負責所有關於貨品退回維修保養之所有費用(例如運輸費)。
7 維修保養服務只適用於購買貨品之原有者,並不得轉讓。此服務只限於出廠缺陷而導致品質問題之貨品。
8 維修服務不適用於不按照產品說明書使用、經未授權人士進行任何維修及修改;意外、自然災害或其他本公司未能控制的損害而導致的損壞。
9 如有任何爭議,Green Urban Mobility Ltd. 保留最終決定權。
